Fixed Mindset and Growing Mindset-

Today ,in the class,i have learn lot about where is the mind present inthe human body.Thats an interesting question.Hardly,anyone was able to answer it a subjective way.What conclusion,we found that mind is present everywhere in the body.Next thing,we try to mind out,how to go about ur future.The answer to this question was to have a proper mindset.Is proper mindset is the only thing,thats matter.No,in my view,thing that matter is which mindset u follow.There are 2 distinction of mindset,they can be classified as fixed mindset and growing mindset.Lets say for an example-If you have scored less numbers in the exam,and you started blaming your teacher,that he or she has not taught has properly,and or questions are out of the syllabus.That is the reflection of a fixed mindset guy.But on the other side,growing mindset person,will think forward and find out what is i have done wrong,or what is the learning in this paper,or how to rework your strategies.Thats a reflection of a growing mindset.Failure is not a big thing,failure is someone who has not performed upto its potential.We all know one paper cant change your life.Just we need to develop the correct mindset.

Life at SPJICM

Life at SPJICM does not seems to be Look an MBA life, its more of an Engineering college life style. Its started at 11 am in the morning upto 18.30 pm in the evening. Did you believe how many lectures we have in a day 5,6 Or more. The correct answer is 2 .Doesnt it feels amazing. For us , its not amazing, but inane.

Now you can ask, what is time of one lecture,3-4 hours, not its only 2 hours, but with a gap of 1 hour between it. Same with other lecture. That’s what we called as Sandwich Module. This is not a sandwich we usually eat, but its a sandwich, which is made up of us. This sandwich is made up of 90 students. Its very bitter in taste. It contains more calories than other normal sandwich. Oops, i am joking more. I’ll tell you the advantage of this module.First an foremost you can get an sleep easily.Secondly,your phone bill will be reduced.Finally you end up spending most of ur time in college,and remaining one in room,and once you realized what extra you have done for the DAY,ur day will be gone.Next Day same routine.Are we here for this.I found people talk about objective education,but here same things work,that is therotical.College will make you feel,that you are still in a graduate college and people are running for their marks,and bothering others,how much you have got in so so exam.Is it right,in an global MBA,its not about global module ,its for all Master College.It has to change.MBA is not about studying books only,it has to be object oriented as well.We all know ,that we can clear an exam and become an manager somewhere .But is that all we want.I know we will getting good salary,but one thing we should know,we will always be underpaid.Therotical knowledge wont gonna help us for long,and finally you will end up in zero postion.We can all write proudly right in our resume,that we done an Master.But that’s all okay,cause others are also doing the same.We have to do something different in our life,that’s all make us proud leader in future life.Dont make us feel so,that we are in INDIAN SCHOOL OF IDIOTS.Make us,do some creative work.:)

Solitude

What solitude means.First of all this is the main question,all will asked.Its not living alone only.Its About going to Some place and took out the time for oneself,so you can focus more.I just want to do it.i really want to set up my own world,where i can live,there wont be any cheating ,fraud.Money really doesnt matter to me,all i just want is love.Which i am still in search.One day,if i got it,i will love her so much,she cant imagine.I dont know where my destiny guide me.But i dont want to run after anyone.I just want to set up a world,where one cannot hurt anyone.If u cant make people around u happy,i personally feel ur life is waste.I love someone,but i dont know where my relationship ends,i have a feeling for her.I wish her all the best for life.May be in wont be able to wish her personally,beacuse i will be moving towards solitude.I know,this decison will hurt my parents,but Mom Dad,plz .I am not for this world,where are no emotions.All someone think is practicalibilty.I just want to apolize to my friends,whom i had some commitments,which i guess,i wont be fulfilling.What i can do,in turn,that ill pray to god,that all your dreams are achieved,and you will succeed in life.May God bless u.... I am just waiting for April 2011.May be after some years,i can change the world...

Singapore

Finally i landed in Singapore,were i was dreaming to come from past some years but as a employee.But that's an another side,now i am here as a student,which is more enjoyable,and more learning.It was the first time,i board a flight,initiallly i was afraid to board,especially at the time of take off.But i have an action plan,i kept my ipod with me,and closed my eye,and finally open my eyes at 4000 feet high.After landing in singapore,i called my friend,he replied me in a funny way,"that he will saying this to his children,that if ever plan to board the flight,fly out of INDIA".

The moment we reached college,we were asked to took our room keys.Thank God,i got a nice room mates(now they are my friends not roomates).Intially,2 days were very enjoyable for me,i explored many things out here.And accidently i found another good friend,uska nick name Maina hai,Very humble......From that day,i was roaming continously.Finally,our classes kicked off.After 4 years,i am back to college,But as usual,i never got the mindset of studying in class.But overall,i am loving my college life as of now.Good to find,folks from different parts of the India and Some Asian Country are studying with me.

I never seen so much fitness freakpeople in my life,which i have found here in Singapore.These peoples keep running day and night.It feels that i am watching Marathon.But its very true"The best future one can have is fitness."

I am missing some of my friends here in college,which i had a wonderful time spending with them,when i was in TRUBA.Lets see,hows life goes on,but definately its an learning experience for me.

Ill keep sharing my life here frequently.

But one thing,i am happy,because i am moving towards my passion.......

MBA

Master in business administration(MBA).The renowed masters degree amongst all.Makes people attracted towards it.Its unnecessary to ask,but still ,just want to find,why one want to do a MBA.
1-Better salary.
2-vertical growth.
3-Doesnt want to be low in hierarchy.
4-Want to overule your ex boss.
5-want to work in leading MNC
6-Fill in the blanks
Are these are the reasons,why u want a MBA.I was going through a news in the leading news paper,which had covered a story about a lady,who was elected as a SARPANCH,guess so,she had a mba degree from an renowed university and was working with a leading firm.But still she gave up,and had took something thats she always wanted to do...So thats bring me fill 6th coloumn,i.e.their is one more reason to do an MBA or anything else u want to do in ur life and this one has to be on top list.That is ur passion.If u dont have the passion ingredient in ur life,u wont be happy in ur work.Rest you will get,once u do whatever u want to do in ur life....
There is a famous saying --"Do strive for excellence,success will follow you..",it cannot be true,if you dont have the passion of doing something,u will have the chance of only achieving success,not excellence......:)

Finally the day had come........

Hi All,
Finally the day had came,for which i had been waiting from such a long time.It was a feeling of mixed emotions(50-50).Finally, i am getting out of this mess.It was an tough decision to move out,specially convincing my parents was an difficult task.But finally,I am moving towards,what i want to do,yeah i know,i am late ,but i know,if i can do some more hardwork,i can do some good..Its a salubrious feeling.But i dont want to dethrone my previous employer,it had helped me learning many practical experience,which we encounter in our daily life.I am sincerely thankful to my organization for this.
I know no one will care here ,if i go out .But my HR wants me here,they want me to put one more thought before resigning.Finally, somebody wants me here.
I realized after 3 years,that we should always do whatever your passion is.Recently, 3 idiots help me again put that fire back..
I have carried many good things from here,but as we all know their is a flip side of everything.Thanks to God and my Parents ,who have taught me,never to sacrifice with your Principle,i succeded in keeping bad stuff out of my life,which was always revovling around me.I have seen many people who got changed due to this.
One thing i learnt ,"always go for excellence,success will follow u blindly..."
Lastly ,i will be missing my friends,who were all there helping me all through out my life.But ,thanks to Telecommunication an GTALK,i will be in contact with them.
Ending on a more happier ,than a sad note.....

REPUBLIC DAY

Its one of the most memorable day we have,cause on this day,our constitution came into effect..Even,if u dont know,ur mobile will help u remember,every national festival..From morning,i am getting SMS,and good to find,most people knows how many years have passed,since our constitution formed.People wishing each other,happy republic day..Mobiles floating with Sms.Even,i accepted there message and reply them with gratitude(Saying --Thanks).Mobile operators, should be thankful to all of us,who are using this medium of communication(Atleast we are helping them)...

But,is it okay we only accepting SMS and wishing each other.Does anyone has put a thought on this?I was wandering.What contribution,i had done to our greatest Nation.How i am beneficial to our nation?Am i only helpful in increasing population?
Just now,i heard a news,that 26th Jan is going to be declared as a shopping day(Sabsey saasta din).Is that how we celebrate that day?.Can't we go out and do something good for the nations.Going to office,school and attending flag hosting,is the only thing we can contribute OR by going for shopping feast...

Each day, passing by,But still ,we are not productive to nation.Why cant't we take this as an day,to help out our nation ,inspite of declaring this day as an shopping day....

SUCCESS OR $UCCE$$

I was in doubt about Writing this blog,even i dont know what i want between the two....But i found this to be very intriguing,not able to resist myself,hence i cant stop myself from writing ..I start with the same odd line,"the information presented here is personal,and is not related to anybody personal life""..,it sound very boring,right..

I found many peoples in my life,who are running after $UCCE$$,probably my name is also included in it..But,recently i realized,that i should not run after $.Its better,if u go for later one,i.e.SUCCESS.The moment you make up ur mind,that if you are going for SUCCESS,then definatley $UCCE$$,will follow u.Same thing,was conveyed in 3 idiots-Go for excellence,success will be following u.(hopefully all of us,has seen it).
The main reason for writing this blog is that,i encountered many people in my life,that are going for $ucce$$.Doing whatever they could do,even sacrificing their principles,their teacings and all other important component of life..Is it correct?We all know,that everyone wants to rise among others. Following this way,will definately help nearby,but not life long.One day,we all find,that we are alone in this world,and no one is with us.
Why can't we do something far better In life,that money should follow us,and we accept it with full pride.(Knowing,that we have not done anything wrong in life or earning it).That day, my dear friends,we all be feeling proud,that we earned what we deserved in a proper way.
We all know,that we want to earn money and live a comfortable life.Nobody is stopping you.But there are some good ways to do progress.
